Songshu Housekeeper is a practical tool focused on household goods, inventory, expiration tracking, and reminder coordination. It provides barcode scanning, photo entry, voice entry, manual entry, inventory lookup, notifications, and membership subscription services.
We may update, optimize, adjust, suspend, or discontinue certain features based on product iteration, service stability, or compliance requirements. The actual product interface and capabilities available to you shall prevail.
3. Account Registration, Sign-in, and Security
You may register for and sign in to Songshu Housekeeper using phone verification codes or email verification codes, and bind both identities under one account.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and lawful information and properly keep your account, verification codes, and devices secure.
- You may not impersonate another person or use unlawfully obtained phone numbers or email addresses to register.
- If you discover unauthorized use or suspicious activity related to your account, please contact us promptly.
4. Membership Subscription and Payment Rules
Some Songshu Housekeeper features may be provided through subscriptions, trials, or other paid models. The actual plans, prices, trial rules, benefits, and managed-item limits are subject to the purchase page and payment channel display.
- If you subscribe through Apple App Store or another third-party platform, billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation rules are subject to that platform's rules.
- Once a subscription becomes effective, we will grant the corresponding membership benefits and managed-item capacity based on the verified subscription status.
- Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated on the page, services already consumed or performed are generally non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a competent court in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China.
